Greetings Family!!!
I’m excited to announce that plans have begun for the 2010 Bud & Charity Davis Family Reunion!
First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Lynda Davis Williams; I am the daughter of Ruby Lee (Gal) and the grand-daughter of Jack Davis. I am looking forward to meeting each and every one of you.
The Reunion Committee goal is to make this reunion fun and memorable for all who attend.
The date of the reunion is July 23rd and the 24th, 2010
Lubbock, Texas
We hope that since we are five months away that people will be able to put this date on their calendars and make it work. The reunion event will begin Friday evening and go through Sunday morning; with some free time built into the day on Saturday.
I truly hope that everyone that receives this letter will try to make it to this 2010 Reunion. The Davis Reunion only happens once every other year; it is a three day event, giving family members (that span six generations and live coast to coast) an opportunity to spend time together visiting loved ones, getting to know one another and building relationships to last a life time.
PHOTOS PLEASE!!! - We are asking for photos that we can use to make a slide show. All of the photos will be returned to you. Squeaky (L. E.) had a picture of Papa Bud that will be used on the T-Shirts; I really hope that someone has a picture of Granny Charity.

Please pass the word to others—Please share this information with other family members. Feel free to duplicate this letter or send addresses of other family members that may not have received a letter. I will make a spreadsheet and go through it to eliminate duplicate addresses. It is better to have an address twice than not at all.
